GuestBook is where customer can leave a message to be seen not only by Administrator but other users as well. GuestBook is displayed in the center of Home Page on clicking GuestBook link in the Main Menu. GuestBook is opened for reading on default; previous messages are opened page by page. In case a message is too long to be displayed in one piece, the first several phrases are shown, as well as the link to the rest of the message. To type a message one needs to click the Write Message link on the GuestBook green toolbar. Sender must fill in all the fields in the Send Message form, except for the Only Admins Have Permission to See My E-Mail field, which is optional. To send the message written, user needs to click the SEND button. On sending his/her message the user is invited to view his/her letter in the message list.

Any visitor is free to send us an e-mail message through the Contact Us service. The Contact Us service is displayed in the center of Home Page on clicking on Contact Us link of the Main Menu. Sender must fill in the Your Email and Your Message fields in the Send Message form, while Your Name field is optional. To choose the recipient name one can use a drop-down list. After the letter has been sent the user is invited to return to the Send Message form, or to go to the Main Page.

At option our clients can receive site news, info refresh notices, and relevant articles by e-mail. To subscribe to the mailing list one needs to click on Subscribe link of the Main Menu. The visitor will be invited to become a registered user. The advantages of being a registered user, ex. receiving newsletters, are described in the CheckOut paragraph of this Manual.

The Survey service is intended for customer service improvement and customer demands accumulation. The Survey service is accessible from any page; it is displayed in the bottom left corner of the page. A random question is displayed in the Survey section whenever a page is loaded; user is invited to choose from several answers offered. To send his/her answer the user clicks on the Vote button. Visitor can learn what answers were chosen by other voters. To view the results one needs to click the Results link in the Survey section. To view the complete list of questions or to answer them all one can choose the Polls link.

When viewing the product descriptions user can leave his comments on any and all items sold in our shop (see the Shopping section of the Manual). User should click on Review button in the Product Description section to open the comments form. Leaving his/her comments and rating the product to the five-point scale, the user clicks on Continue button to send the data entered and to go to page with other users’ comments. There is an option which allows to view comments left by a certain user; one needs to click on the name of the user. The list of that person’s comments will be displayed in the center of the page.
