· What is User Account? |
| |
User Account is information space belonging to user, where he or she can store the following personal information -
o Previous order/orders status
o Personal data
o Address directory
o Password
o News subscription status
To view detailed information on each of the above listed positions one needs to click on the position required.
After authorization procedure (password and e-mail entry and authentication) user is directed to the main page of his or her account. The page is displayed in the center of the Main Page and is divided into two parts.
The first part contains a list of previously made orders, while the other part is a means of your account management.

· View orders |
| |
In the first part of the Account main page orders made are listed. To see details of a certain order and its status, assigned to it by the shop administration, user clicks on View button beside the order. Back button redirects the user from the order details page back to the account management page. |

· View or change account information |
| |
Personal data, such as name, surname, e-mail, fax and telephone can be changed on View or Change Account Information button click (see Account main page). To save changes made to personal info user clicks on Continue button and is automatically directed to his/her Account main page. Back button directs user to the Account main page; changes are not saved in this case. |

· Change my Account Password |
| |
User can change his/her Account Password through the Change My Account Password link in the Account main page. To change the password the user once enters his/her current password (the one he or she used to enter the system) in the proper field, and twice – his/her new password. To save password the user clicks on Continue button which automatically directs the user to his/her Account main page. Back button directs user to the Account main page; changes are not saved. |

· Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters |
| |
To subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters user follows Subscribe or Unsubscribe from Newsletters button in the Account main page; to subscribe/unsubscribe put/remove a tick in the General Newsletter field. To save changes the user clicks on Continue button and is automatically directed to his/her Account main page. Back button directs user to the Account main page; changes are not saved. |

· Address book |
| |
Address data is used for product payment and delivery. Special section, available by View or Change Entries in My Address Book link (see Account main page), is used for mailing list management. The list can include up to 5 addresses, one being marked as “primary”. This address is used as the pre-selected shipping and billing address for orders placed on this store. This address is also used as the base for product and service tax calculations. |
